Biography
Prof. Run-Wei Li got his Ph D degree from Institute of Physics (IOP), Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS), China in 2002. Then he spent 13 months in Osaka University, Japan, as a JSPS research fellow, and about one and half years in Kaiserslautern University, Germany, as an AvH (Alexander von Humboldt) research fellow. From Feb. 2005 to Mar. 2008, He worked in International Center for Young Scientists (ICYS), National Institute for Materials Sciences (NIMS), Japan. In 2007, he joined Ningbo Institute of Materials Technology and Engineering (NIMTE). He was selected by “Hundred-talent†project of CAS in Jan. 2008. Mar, 2008-Until now Professor, Director of Key Lab of Magnetic Materials and Devices, Chinese Academy of Sciences
Research Interest
Advanced functional materials and devices for information storage and sensors, including magnetoresistive materials/structures and devices, multiferroic materials/structures and devices, strain/stress sensitive materials and devices, resistive switching materials and resistive random access memory (RRAM) devices.
